Coffee Prices Firm on Tight Global Supplies

July arabica coffee (KCN23) this morning is up +0.60 (+0.32%), and July ICE robusta coffee (RMN23) is up +14 (+0.55%).

Coffee prices this morning are moderately higher. Arabica coffee has support from tighter supplies. ICE arabica coffee inventories have steadily declined over the past three months and fell to a 5-1/2 month low Tuesday of 620,633 bags. A rally in the dollar index today to a 2-month high is limiting gains in coffee futures.
