Coffee Prices Finish Sharply Higher on Frost Fears in Brazil

September arabica coffee (KCU24) on Wednesday close up +10.35 (+4.39%), and Sep ICE robusta coffee (RMU24) closed up +98 (+2.24%).

Coffee prices Wednesday rallied sharply for a second day, with arabica posting a 3-week high and robusta posting a 2-week high.  Coffee prices are surging on carryover support from Tuesday when  meteorologist Rural Clima forecasted temperatures in Brazil could drop to near freezing next week, damaging the country's coffee crops.
