Coffee Prices Buffeted by Diverging ICE Inventories

December arabica coffee (KCZ26) is up +3.45 (+1.11%), and November ICE robusta coffee (RMX26) is down -56 (-1.64%).

Arabica coffee prices are trading higher today, reversing most of Tuesday’s -1.39% decline that was driven by news that nearly 28,000 bags of arabica coffee are pending grading at the Intercontinental Exchange, the highest total in over a month. ICE arabica coffee inventories fell to a 5-week low of 234,901 bags on Tuesday, and are just mildly above the 27-year low of 217,646 bags posted on September 15.
