Coffee Price Slump as Brazil's Coffee Harvest Accelerates

July arabica coffee (KCN24) today is down -9.30 (-3.97%), and July ICE robusta coffee (RMN24) is down -173 (-3.91%).

Coffee prices today are sharply lower.  A faster pace to Brazil's coffee harvest is boosting coffee supplies and undercutting prices.  Consulting firm Safras & Mercado reported today that Brazil's 2024/25 coffee harvest is 29% completed as of June 4, above the 26% last year at the same time and above the 5-year average of 27%.
