Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain returns to the Liverpool team as Jurgen Klopp makes one change for the trip to Brighton.
With injuries to Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino and now Darwin Nunez, Klopp has shuffled new signing Cody Gakpo into the centre of his front three as the Netherlands international makes his Premier League debut at the Amex Stadium.
Gakpo has made just one appearance since his move from PSV at the start of the month, playing his part in the 2-2 draw with Wolves in the FA Cup seven days ago.

Oxlade-Chamberlain will continue down the left as he aims to build on his goalscoring efforts last time out in the league in the 3-1 loss at Brentford. Mohamed Salah, as ever, will be stationed out on the right of the front three.
Jordan Henderson, Fabinho and Thiago Alcantara continue as the midfield trio, while Ibrahima Konate and Joel Matip continue as the centre-back partnership in the absence of the hamstrung Virgil van Dijk.
There's a place on the substitutes' bench for youngster Ben Doak alongside the likes of Naby Keita, Curtis Jones and James Milner, who returns to the squad after a recent muscle injury.
Victory for the Reds on the south coast will move them back above Fulham and into sixth in the Premier League table.
