Cocoa Prices Slump on Abundant Supplies

July ICE NY cocoa (CCN26) today is down -35 (-0.89%), and July ICE London cocoa #7 (CAN26) closed down -11 (-0.37%). Today's sell-off added to last Friday's -4.29% sell-off in NY cocoa and -3.63% sell-off in London cocoa.

Cocoa prices have fallen sharply due to rising inventories. ICE cocoa inventories rose to a 1.75-year high of 2,846,957 bags last Friday.
