Cocoa Prices Retreat as Global Supplies Mount and Demand Falters

Cocoa prices extended their six-week-long plunge on Friday, with NY cocoa posting a 2.25-year nearest-futures low and London cocoa posting a 2.5-year low. Robust global supplies and slack demand are weighing on cocoa prices.
