Cocoa Prices Push Higher as Cocoa Deliveries to Ivory Coast Ports Slow

March ICE NY cocoa (CCH26) on Monday closed up +45 (+1.08%), and March ICE London cocoa #7 (CAH26) closed up +84 (+2.88%).

Cocoa prices settled higher on Monday as signs of slowing cocoa deliveries to ports in the Ivory Coast prompted some short covering in cocoa futures.  Monday's cumulative data showed that Ivory Coast farmers shipped 1.23 MMT of cocoa to ports in the current marketing year (October 1, 2025, through February 1, 2026), down -4.7% from 1.24 MMT in the same period a year ago.  The Ivory Coast is the world's largest cocoa producer.
