Cocoa Prices Firm on Smaller Ivory Coast Cocoa Supplies

Dec ICE NY cocoa (CCZ23) on Monday closed +84 (+2.46%), and Dec ICE London cocoa #7 (CAZ23) closed +83 (+2.81%).

Cocoa prices Monday posted moderate gains on reduced cocoa supplies from the Ivory Coast.  Ivory Coast farmers shipped 2.36 MMT of cocoa from Oct 1-Sep 30, down -4.1% y/y.  The Ivory Coast is the world's largest cocoa producer.
