Cocoa Prices Fall Back on Demand Concerns

September ICE NY cocoa (CCU24) on Tuesday closed down -112 (-1.33%), and September ICE London cocoa #7 (CAU24) closed down -36 (-0.53%).

Cocoa prices on Tuesday fell back on long liquidation pressure after Monday's extraordinary rallies of +9.22% in NY cocoa and +7.95% in London cocoa.  Cocoa prices Tuesday were undercut after chocolate maker Lindt & Spruengli AG warned of lower chocolate demand due to high prices.
