Cocoa Closes Moderately Higher on Smaller Ivory Coast Cocoa Supplies

May ICE NY cocoa (CCK23) on Monday closed up +19 (+0.64%), and May ICE London cocoa #7 (CAK23) closed up +40 (+1.82%).

Cocoa prices Monday posted moderate gains, with London cocoa climbing a 6-1/3 year high.   Cocoa prices have rallied sharply over the past month, with NY cocoa posting a 2-1/3 year high on signs of improved cocoa demand and tighter supplies.
