A drug dealer who ran two phone lines through which cocaine was sold in Cheshire has been jailed. Police discovered Rumero Campbell, 19, was behind two phone numbers being used by drug users in Chester.
The numbers would send our bulk text messages, also known as 'flare messages' indicating they were involved in the supply of drugs and officers began tracking him.
At around 4:30pm on Tuesday April, officers on patrol were alerted to a black BMW taxi, previously linked to Campbell, on the A550 near Chester.
