Coatbridge mum dies two days after being given shock cancer diagnosis

A bubbly mum-of-four has died just two days after being diagnosed with cancer.

Janice Cassidy Adair hadn't been feeling well for a few weeks so went to the doctor last week for blood tests. The nail technician from Coatbridge, and her children Iain, 22, Laura, 19, Logan, 11, and Kian, 7, were shocked to later find out that she had bone and liver cancer.

Just two days after finding out she had the disease, the 46-year-old passed away while in hospital.
