A Co Tyrone man has told how his life turned upside down after suffering a sudden bleed on the brain.

Also know as a haemorrhagic stroke, 44-year-old Bosco McShane from Coalisland said he thought he was "fighting fit" up until this point.

The dad-of-seven's stroke happened in the run up to Christmas 2019.
