When Clodagh Dunlop suffered a major stroke eight years ago at the age of 35, her life changed overnight.

Clodagh’s stroke resulted in Locked-in syndrome and she was completely paralysed, only able to communicate through blinking and given a 50/50 chance of survival.

Locked-in syndrome is an extremely rare condition where someone is completely paralysed in all parts of their body, apart from the muscles that control eye movement.
