A Co Antrim woman says she is feeling "more confident and energetic" after shedding three stone.
It's just over three years since Hannah Crilly took the plunge and joined her local Slimming World in Randalstown.
Hannah says she joined Slimming World in January 2019 for a number of reasons.

"It was after a holiday in America in July 2018. I looked back on photos and couldn't believe how much I let myself go," she explained.
"Everyone kept telling me 'don't worry you are tall and you carry your weight well' or 'you don't need to lose weight you look great' but I knew myself I needed to do something.
"When going out I would always have worn baggy clothes, particularly a scarf because it covered 'my belly'."
Later that same year, Hannah went to Liverpool for a teaching interview and noticed that her belt was just about fitting.
"I couldn't believe it," she recalled.
"Finally I organised a night out for my friends in December 2018 and when sitting at the table, I had to open my button and zip, I was so uncomfortable. Even now I would still do that, but that was the final straw."
When she joined her local Slimming World group in Randalstown, Hannah said she was motivated, excited and nervous.
"I didn't really know what to expect. The positivity and support was amazing. The Slimming World group was fantastic and the support you received from the consultant and group members was so encouraging.
"We were able to share meal ideas and alternative 'healthy' snack options."
Fast forward three years and Hannah says she is "a lot more confident and energetic".
She added: "I play camogie and I feel having a little weight off has positively impacted my performance. I still weigh myself most weeks even though I am at my target."
