Co Antrim rider James McManus is closing in on the British Junior Supersport title after a sensational display at the weekend.
McManus secured a second place and race victory at Donington Park to reclaim the championship lead with just two races remaining.
It could have been a double for the Randalstown teen but he missed out on his second win by just 0.150 seconds.

Despite the early disappointment the Completely Motorbikes/Affinity Sports Academy 18-year-old rode a perfect second race to win by over three seconds. With his race winning performance on Sunday he now has a 35-point lead going into the final round at Brands Hatch in two weeks' time.
McManus said: “It was a great weekend and Donington and we are all delighted as a team.
"To come away with a win and a second is great and a good lead in the championship as well is a bonus.
"We now move onto the final round at Brands and hopefully it is another great weekend.”
The final round which will decide the championship will be at Brands Hatch from October 14-16.
