CM flight: Calcutta HC asks Centre to file affidavit

Mamata Banerjee Calcutta High Court Lucknow

KOLKATA: The Calcutta High Court on Monday directed the Centre to file an affidavit within two weeks, stating how the aircraft of CM Mamata Banerjee was in trouble during her return trip from Lucknow.

One Biplab Roychoudhuri filed the PIL,asking report from the Centre and an investigation into the matter.
