New Clyde signing Monday Samuel has taken to life at Broadwood quickly by breaking a Glasgow Cup record that's stood for almost 66 years.
The midfielder netted a hat-trick in Tuesday's 3-1 victory over Queen's Park to seal the Bully Wee's semi-final spot against the Spiders.
Samuel became the first Clyde player to net a Glasgow Cup hat-trick since Jim Rowan against Queen's in August 1956.
His first came off a botched away free-kick which he comfortably dispatched, before clinically volleying into the top corner soon after. The 28-year-old finished it off with a neat finish after half-time.
Starting out at Benfica's academy before moving to Sweden in 2012, Samuel has since been spending time with Angelholms FF, Ostersunds FK, Helsingborgs IF and IFK Malmo.
He has also had a spell in Vietnam.
Clyde are next in League One action against Peterhead this Saturday.
