Sash and Basshunter will headline the first ever Clubland By The Sea in Blyth this summer.
There was great excitement last week when iconic dance brand Clubland took to social media to announce plans for the massive event, which will be home to three stages of live music.
Dance fans had been worried that, with the scrapping of Clubland On The Beach in Redcar, there would be no events of that ilk in the North East this year. But fears were put to bed when Clubland posted on Facebook about Clubland By The Sea happening on Saturday, July 22 writing: "The time has come for Clubland to say goodbye to the iconic beach location.

"After 4 incredible years of memorable sell-out events, this chapter has now come to an end. The good news is that we're saying hello to an exciting news adventure...Clubland By The Sea!
"This “never been used before” location on the North East coastline will be home to our BIGGEST line up yet on the 22nd July 2022!"
And they've definitely been true to their world on the line-up for the event at Meggie's Burn Farm in Blyth, as Encore Un Fois and Ecuador hitmaker Sash and Now You're Gone chart-topper Basshunter top the bill. They are joined on the bill by the likes of Pretty Green Eyes stars Ultrabeat, Shooting Star legends and remixing favourites Flip 'n' Fill and Dancing in the Dark DJ Micky Modelle.
Other acts on the Ckubland By The Sea main stage line-up include Sunset Bros and Christina Novelli, with MCs Keyes and Finchy as hosts.
The Monta Music stage will feature the likes of Francey and Tazo while the bill for the Ministry of Bounce stage includes Scott Brown and K9.
