A video of Rishi Sunak boasting about removing money from "deprived urban areas" and giving it to other wealthier towns across the UK has resurfaced.
The new Prime Minister was filmed speaking at a Conservative Party event in Tunbridge Wells in July, where he blamed Labour for putting cash into areas of the country that need it most.
Sunak took over from Truss, after Boris Johnson decided against standing, despite saying he had the 100 MPs needed to get to the next stage of the contest.
