A HIGHLAND hotel with a stunning panoramic ocean view close to the famous NC500 driving route has hit the market.
Navidale House Hotel, located near the A9 Inverness to Thurso road, sits along the rugged Sutherland coastline and overlooks the North Sea.
The 10-bedroom hotel has a charming mix of modern and traditional finishing with each of the rooms named after a local species of bird.
Names include the Kingfisher, Osprey, Auklet, Dove, Swan and Sandpiper.
The five-acre site offers panoramic coastal vistas with multiple garden paths and is a popular wedding venue.
It also has a reception area, a cosy bar, dining room, gaming room and a large function suite.
The hotel has recently undergone a major refurbishment and has hit the market for £800,000.
David Pickering, director of CCL Property who is entrusted with the sale of the hotel, says it is well situated in the tourist hotspot of the NC500 route.
He said: “The Navidale House Hotel is an exciting opportunity for someone to acquire a high-potential hospitality business.
“With a combination of the picturesque views and the newly refurbished interior we expect high levels of interest from buyers who are interested in owning a hotel in one of the hotspots on the North Coast 500 in Scotland.”
