Cliff Richard shares his secrets to staying young as he appears at Wimbledon

Cliff Richard previously shared some tips on how he stays feeling young.

The 81-year-old has been spotted at the Platinum Jubilee and then, several weeks later, Wimbledon.

He looked dapper as he rocked a light blue button-up shirt, a navy suit, and a striped tie.

The veteran singer looked happier than ever as he enjoyed the tennis action several days ago.

In a throwback interview, he discussed ageing as well as his health.

"I never thought I’d get to be 50 years old, let alone have a 62-year career," he said.

Cliff added that ageing wasn't a problem for him as long as he is 'lucky enough' to have good health.

He previously battled a case of shingles and was warned by doctors of his increasing levels of cholesterol, but said staying active helped him stay young.

"I always say to people, you know, just keep moving. If you can run, run. If you can't run, walk. If you can't walk, crawl. Just keep everything moving and I think that's helped me a great deal,” Richard has revealed in the past," the Some People singer shared.

"Some people just don't age well, but you can still age and be happy. I don't even know what I look like now, but you don't have to look 20 to have fun."

He added: "You can still have fun within your age group within your standard of tennis playing, or whatever sport you choose to do. That's what I do. I still keep active."

Cliff said it's important to keep healthy, which sometimes means 'giving up' certain foods.

Several months ago, he revealed he wanted to take a break from music but had no plans on hanging up his microphone for good.

Cliff said he loves having the option to pick and choose if and when he plays gigs, almost 65 years since first hitting the big time.

“I don’t know if I ever want to retire. I don’t mind stopping,” he told Mirror.

“Stopping would mean that I could absolutely change my mind any time I wanted to, or phone my office and say, ‘Can you get us a couple of nights at the Royal Albert Hall?’

“So, retiring is not in my vocabulary, but stopping is good for me – I can work whenever I want to, if I want to.”
