Many arcade goers across Ireland will be familiar with trying to win on the claw machine - only to fail time and time again.
But now one claw machine expert has shared their top tips to boost your chances of winning on the famously tricky arcade machine.
In a video uploaded to TikTok, user @ arcadefriends, told of their 'double tapping' technique.

The arcade worker demonstrated the hack in the video, stating: "Some people don't know the secret about double tapping the claw machine."
They then asked followers to watch their hands as they double tapped the grab button. The first tap was to lower the claw onto a pink teddy bear below, and the second was to close the claw around its head, Mirror UK reports.
Explaining the logic behind this technique, they said: "This gives the claw a strong grip and keeps it from rotating too far."
As shown in the instructive video, they were indeed able to use this helpful trick to lift the stuffed bear up and away, claiming it as a prize.
For many watching the clip, it was an unfamiliar sight to behold.
The video has clocked up over 600,000 views so far, with many followers left taking study notes for their next trip to the arcade.
