Clavicular’s livestream may cost him up to 5 years of prison time after alligator shooting incident

The controversy around Kick streamer Clavicular has grown quickly after a shocking livestream showed an alligator being shot in Florida’s Everglades. The incident happened on March 26, when Clavicular and his group came across the animal while riding in an airboat. During the stream, he fired a gun at the alligator without warning, leaving others in the group stunned. The video spread online fast and caught the attention of both viewers and authorities.

Officials soon stepped in after the clip went viral. Wildlife officers confirmed they were investigating the situation, as shooting an alligator without permission is illegal in Florida. The case became more serious when state officials said the act could be treated as a felony. This means Clavicular could face heavy punishment, including several years in prison if found guilty.
