Clavicular Faces Three Criminal Counts Over Alleged Rape and Drugging: What Court Records Say

Online creator Braden Peters, known professionally as Clavicular, is facing three criminal charges in Massachusetts, including felony rape and a felony charge alleging drugging for sexual intercourse, according to court records.

The charges relate to an alleged incident on 23 May 2025 in Chatham, Massachusetts. Orleans District Court records show that Judge Marion Broidrick found probable cause for all three charges on 4 September 2026 before a criminal complaint was issued on 8 September.
