- Former Strictly Come Dancing presenter Claudia Winkleman has publicly backed the show's new hosting lineup, leaving a supportive one-word comment reading "knockout" on new co-host Emma Willis 's Instagram post.
- The revamped BBC show made its return on Saturday 19 September with a fresh presenting trio consisting of Willis, professional dancer Johannes Radebe , and comedian Josh Widdicombe.
- Winkleman and her former co-host Tess Daly quit the series in October 2025 after deciding the long-running entertainment show needed fresh faces and wanting to leave while on a high.
- Addressing her departure, Winkleman clarified that her decision was completely unrelated to recent behind-the-scenes scandals, admitting she was overcome with emotion after finishing her final broadcast.
- Winkleman continues to be a central figure at the BBC, where she will keep presenting hit reality series The Traitors, its celebrity spin-off, and a new personal chat show set to launch in March.
