A pub owner took to the internet to defend their business after a customer hit out at having to wait fifteen minutes to pick up their carvery.
The reviewer handed the pub a one-star review on Google despite most other reviewers leaving glowing recommendations.
The customer - identified as Nikki online - said she was unhappy after she had to wait for her carvery at The White Swan, Birmikngham, having already ordered ahead to collect.
