Claire Sweeney has vowed to ditch the scales after losing "nearly a stone" in just two days.
The Brookside star, 51, is currently performing in Cabaret All Stars in London. Shows have seen the star wow audiences in fabulous costumes amid numerous outfit changes.
On Tuesday, Claire said she "bloody loves eating" but wants to be out of her Spanx by the end of the cabaret shows in July. She told her Instagram followers: "Love being curvy, but wanna feel fitter, stronger and shifting a little bit of timber won’t go amiss lol".

She also told a friend she had gained weight during lockdown in one of the comments on the post, and said it was "hard" to get back "on the wagon".
Claire issued an update on Wednesday after making a bizarre discovery. It came after she weighed herself and noted her body measurements.
Sharing a screenshot of numbers including her lean body mass and muscle mass, Claire said: "OK, so this is mental!!! Two days apart and nearly a stone lighter. Think I should keep off the scales and go by my favourite jeans. No wonder scales can wreck our heads."
A number of her followers agreed. Siobhan said: "Scales are the worst, they can be so triggering and basically tell you you're fatter if you've toned up!" noboozeforme_ said: "Don’t have scales in my house for this exact reason".
