Claire’s shuts all stores with 1,300 jobs axed as high street giant collapses

Claire’s has shut all its 154 high street shops across the UK and Ireland with around 1,300 staff to be made redundant.

The move does not the retailer’s 356 concessions, including many in Asda stores, and its head office, administrators for the fashion accessories chain said.
