Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Esquie actor "would love" to play the lovable lump once more, but he thinks it’s unlikely because the "story is kind of complete"

Clair Obscur Expedition 33.

Whatever you think about the other characters in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, it's hard not to love Esquie. Modelled in the image of a stuffed toy, he’s the epitome of a gentle giant until, well, he's not. The voice actor behind the character would love to reprise the role, but he’s doubtful about the prospect.

In an interview from Fall Damage looking at various lines from across his career, Maxence Cazorla, who provided Esquie's voice and did motion capture for Verso and Gustave, gushed about the beloved behemoth. "Yes. Yes, I would love to play Esquie again," he gushes enthusiastically.
