A landlord accused of murdering his tenant over unpaid rent said he wanted the prick out of his house no matter what, an associate has claimed.
The associate, who cannot be identified, claims he was with Steven Frederick Johnson, 74, when Christopher Jarvis was allegedly killed in June 2006.
