CJP protest assault case: Court reserves order on Swatantra Bhardwaj's regular bail plea in assault case

Swatantra Bhardwaj Police New Delhi Patiala House Court

The Patiala House Court on Monday reserved an order on the bail application moved by Swatantra Bhardwaj after hearing the submissions by the counsel for the accused, Delhi Police and counsel for the complainant.

Bhardwaj has been arrested in a case of alleged assault on Sanjay Azad, who belongs to the SC/ST Community.
