City teen learns fate over alleged 'gypsy' slur

Melbourne City youngster Medin Memeti will avoid a potential playing suspension after Football Australia discontinued an investigation into his alleged use of a racial slur.

AAP revealed earlier this month that Memeti was under investigation after he had been accused of referring to Brisbane striker Justin Vidic as a "gypsy" in an A-League Men match at AAMI Park on January 6.
