During the initial cleanup process, public safety officers discovered chains, flares, a bolt cutter, and box cutters in three bags left behind by the protesters inside the building. The City University of New York (CUNY) issued a statement confirming the presence of these items and stated that the total cost of repairs is yet to be determined.
