A landmark office building in the centre of Preston has been put up for sale.
The Guilt Tower in Church Row is on the market with offers of over £3.5m being invited.
The 15-storey building, which is next to Preston Bus Station, is being marketed by Duxburys Commercial.

In 2016, plans to transform the building into a 105-bedroom aparthotel, complete with casino, spa and gym, were approved.
The £10m project would have seen the top four floors converted into hotel suites while the 10,000 sq ft casino would be located on the first floor.
The scheme was designed by Frank Whittle Partnership on behalf of Guild Centre owner The Rigby Organisation.
Duxburys Commercial's sales document said: "We are delighted to have been instructed to act on behalf of the vendors in relation to the sale of this prime tower building known as the Guild Tower in the heart of Preston city centre.
"The Guild Tower is an iconic building in the city centre and this is a unique opportunity."
