Nottingham city centre gym opened and closed in under a year and space is now available to rent

A city centre gym has closed and been placed up for rent after declaring it was 'temporarily closed due to Covid cases.' The FitPod 25 gym on Upper Parliament street offered workout pods for busy city centre gym-goers who were looking for fast-paced sessions.

The gym only opened in May 2021 before closing less than a year later. It has been placed on the market since early April 2022.

A sign was placed on the door to tell customers that they were closed for Covid but sadly, the gym has now been placed up for sale by Innes England. The retail unit was previously a furniture shop before it became a gym but it is being marketed as a potential space for retail on the ground floor but the second floor will also be available although both are listed separately.
