A former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officer is warning that Bryon Noem's secret online fetish life posed a direct blackmail threat to his wife, Kristi Noem, who led the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for over a year with access to some of America's most sensitive national security information.
