A couple could be spending Christmas with "no home and no hope" after their flat flooded with sewage.

Frances Spanner, 29, and Tony King, 35, are facing homelessness and will have to replace thousands of pounds worth of destroyed and damaged items.

The devastating flood marks the second time it's happened to the unfortunate couple in less than two years.
