Christmas Day beach emergency as swimmers pulled from water in Devon

An emergency response is under way at a beach in Devon following concern for people in the water, police said.

Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed that emergency services were called to Budleigh Salterton at 10.25am on Christmas Day.
