With mountains of wrapping paper and food scraps soon to be piling up over the Christmas period, not knowing when the bins will be collected can put a dampener on your festive cheer. So here are all the bin day changes in Swansea this year so you can keep track of when the recycling and rubbish needs to be put out.
Recycling collections will take place as normal until Friday, December 23 but all collections will be later than usual from Monday, December 26 before returning back to normal from Monday, January 9, 2023. If your normal collection day is Monday, here are the changes:
Bins will be collected on Wednesday, December 28 and Wednesday, January 4.
If your normal collection day is Tuesday, here are the changes:
Bins will be collected on Thursday December, 29 and Thursday January, 5.
If your normal collection day is Wednesday, here are the changes:
Bins will be collected on Friday, December 30 and Friday, January 6.
If your normal collection day is Thursday, here are the changes:
Bins will be collected on Saturday, December 31 and Saturday, January 7.
If your normal collection day is Friday, here are the changes:
Bins will be collected on Tuesday, January 3 and Sunday, January 8.
