Christine McGuinness didn't hold back as she sent a sweary message while risking trouble on Instagram with a clothesless snap. The model is currently working away from home and in a candid message on Wednesday (March 29), she told fans she was "absolutely f****d!"
She penned the short message alongside the bed snap to her Instagram Story. Christine could be seen with her eyes closed as she snuggled her head into her pillow, with her blonde tresses covering her face while hiding her modesty with her quilt.
And while she could be seen showing her pearly whites for the camera, she told her followers: "Absolutely f***** but still smiling, so we move."
It comes after she thanked her fans for their support after she made what she described as a 's**t realisation'. Earlier this week Christine left her Cheshire home as she made the journey to London. The mum-of-three appeared to almost took the plunge and booked a getaway but her stopped herself in her tracks.
"Just almost booked a flight while sitting on a train then realised I can't just keep flying away when things get too much in my head," the mum-of-three typed alongside a video of her sitting in her seat on the travelling train. That's a s**t realisation but good growth," she then added.
Christine also shared how she got upset on the train as it stopped in a tunnel for what felt like 'ages'. "I'm so happy I'm off it [the train]. Honestly, this month... apparently it's the moon or something messing with my head and then that clock change threw my whole day. My chakras are shaken, honestly," she added with a giggle.
But as she made it safe and sound to her hotel room, Christine shared a moody room selfie as she could barely be seen as she posed in the mirror of the dimly lit room. "Thank you all for explaining that 'escapism' is nothing to feel bad about," the 35-year-old typed alongside the snap.
"It's a beautiful coping mechanism really. And surely that is better than feeling stuck or lost." She then added: "I appreciate you," with a heart."
Appearing on ITV's Lorraine on Tuesday (March 28), Christine spoke about her autism diagnosis and her recent BBC One documentary, Christine McGuinness: Unmasking My Autism, which has won the campaigner, who was diagnosed at 33, heaps of praise. It also led to her sharing how she is keeping 'things the same' for herself and her three children despite splitting from her husband, Paddy, last year.
Speaking to Lorraine Kelly on her ITV daytime show, the former Real Houswives of Cheshire star said: "We want to keep things the same as much as possible for the children. I don't want anything to affect them. We are family and we'll always be family, no matter what," she added. "We're living in a nice happy home."
