Christine McGuinness has broken her social media silence and declared 'I miss you' to another famous face after taking time out. Last month the model said she was unsure about making the 'announcement' as she shared how she was going to enjoy a digital detox.
Posting a string of candid snaps of her getting ready, one thing that featured heavily was her phone and Christine, 35, made a decision to change that. However, all wasn't as it seemed as she later revealed she was 'on the run' and is being 'hunted'.
Taking to her Instagram Story last week after keeping a low profile for several days, the model and TV star revealed that she is currently taking part in Channel 4's Celebrity Hunted. The mum-of-three shared with her 711k followers that she is working alongside Blue singer Duncan James as the pair attempt to avoid being captured by the show's hunters - in a bid to raise money for Stand Up To Cancer.

And she surprised fans further last week when she unveiled a 'new look'. Many of Christine's followers were left in disbelief as she took to the social media platform following an 'extreme makeover' and were left asking what she had done to herself after the "modification" made her look like she had some serious cosmetic work done to her face.
But the image has now disappeared as Christine officially returned to social media and confirmed what had really been going on. Appearing in the sprawling back garden of her Cheshire home, which she still shares with ex-husband Paddy McGuinness, the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star stunned in a pink-ombre bikini.
Talking directly to the camera, Christine said: "I've got my phone back, it's me!" She explained how she had been taking part in the latest series of Celebrity Hunted but said she couldn't tell her fans "too much right now". She added: "I can't wait for you all to see what I've been up to.
"But just one thing to confirm. While I was away, the cheeky Hunters did hack into my Instagram. They were the ones who did the post of THAT picture. You know what I mean. It was an AI image or something but it wasn't me so sorry if I confused anyone. It was a naughty tactic to try and get me to go online so they could figure out my location but I didn't. I didn't do it."
Christine also took to her main Instagram grid with a series of behind-the-scenes pictures from filming the show of herself and Duncan. "Fugitives forever @mrduncanjames," she started the caption of her post.
"I'm very proud of us, I can’t wait for you all to watch the next series of #CelebrityHunted @hunted_hq @channel4. For now I can’t share anything else. I will say, it’s been emotional. All to support @su2cuk."
She also posted one of the selfies of the pair tucked in the backseat of a car and wrote: "@mrduncanjames I miss you!" Meanwhile, fans were flooding the comments with support for the pair.
@deedee1820 said: "Can’t wait. My daughter and I love hunted!" @shane_mcl commented: "You two together will be a great watch. Can’t wait." @thomsonclaudia replied: "U two are gorgeous pals." @triggsat40 added: "You guys. Cannot wait to watch!"
