Christine McGuinness admitted she 'nearly wee'd herself' while jumping on a trampoline.
The TV personality, 34, looked incredible in a bright blue swimsuit as she enjoyed some time at a trampoline park.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire star's backless swimsuit complemented her impeccable tan and long blond locks.
Her pal Will Njobvu filmed her jumping on the trampoline as she struggled to keep her balance.
"Are you alright? You're kind of falling off balance there, Christine," he asked her as she reached the edge.
Christine - who recently split from Paddy McGuinness - admitted: "I nearly wee'd myself" while laughing.
The star and her pal giggled as she quickly got off the trampoline to safety.
Since splitting from Paddy, the star has changed up her style and shared more glimpses into her life as a single woman.
She announced her split from Top Gear presenter Paddy, 49, back in July after months of speculation that their marriage was on the rocks.
After 15 years together, with 11 of them being married, Christine took to Instagram to announce the end of their marriage.
At the time, both Christine and Paddy shared a joint statement, which read: "We hadn't planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but the lack of privacy surrounding our personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify.
"A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus was as always is to continue loving and supporting our children. This was not an easy decision to make but we're moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children.

"We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together."

Following their shock split, fans of Christine have praised the star, insisting that she has never looked happier - or more stylish.
One time saw her rock skintight leather mini dress while attending a glamorous event in London.
Another saw her wow in a sparkling ballgown with a thigh-high split, ahead of her hosting duties at the London do in Proud Embankment.
