Christine McGuinness had some frank words for her followers after she displayed her gym-honed figure during a sweaty workout. The mum-of-three showed off her physical strength as she hit the gym in her Cheshire home, which she still shares with ex-husband Paddy McGuinness.
She first took to her Instagram Story on Tuesday (March 20) as she posed in the mirror in the gym, surrounded by her various equipment, ready for her latest session. The 35-year-old showed off her toned physique as she sported black cycling shorts with a matching black cropped jumper.
Christine later ditched the jumper as she got her heart rate up and started to work up a sweat, stripping off to show her white crop top. With her blonde locks tied up out of her face, the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star filmed herself talking to the camera as she focused on her toned legs.

Sharing her frank reaction, Christine said: "I’m absolutely f*****. This one’s a killer," before showing her legs in action as she groaned her way through the rest of her reps. In another clip, Christine moved onto her arms and showed fans her pull-up technique. "Favourite always," she said of the exercise before adding: "Strong back, soft heart."
Then it was time to show off her unaided strength as she moved onto a handstand. In the clip, Christine could be seen turning herself upside down as she kept herself up in the air and put her legs against the wall to show off her strength. "My chackras are aligned.. now I can continue my day," Christine wrote alongside the impressive Story post.
It comes after Christine celebrated her 35th birthday on Monday (March 20). To mark the occasion, she posted a video from what appears to be a photoshoot in which she can be seen beaming as she dances around in a plunging mini-dress that boasts sparkles, feathers and tassels.
Christine, who was also holding onto a birthday cake, added a pair of strappy heels to her look while her blonde locks had been styled into curls and her lips had been awash with red lipstick. Alongside the post, she shared a quote which was heard in her recent documentary, Christine McGuinness: Unmasking My Autism which read: "Imagine not showing up to your own life," before she added: "It's my birthday!
"And for year 35 I'm going to give myself the gift of embracing my wonderfully chaotic bran. Enjoying the rain and the rainbows. Living freely to my absolute best." However, she then made a confession and added to her post: "Side not... I'm just getting ready for the school run and have absolutely no plans for today but this video was more fun so."
It led to Christine taking to her Instagram Story with a video from her car in which she joked about her 'audacity' for sharing the eye-popping video while cutting a more casual figure on the school run. "The absolute audacity of me to post that video when I look like this," the autism campaigner said as she went makeup free and sported a white beanie hat over her blonde locks.
Then sharing rare comments about her children, Christine went on; "My Leo and Penelope are diamonds. Absolute diamond twins. Gorgeous, so polite [and] just happy little people in the morning. But my Felicity on the other hand, the third one, she's her mother's daughter so I have to embrace it. She doesn't like mornings. She will not be told what to do and yeah, she's one on her own that one."
