Christine McGuinness has been inundated with compliments after showing off her toned stomach.
The former Miss Liverpool model shared a clip of her relaxing on her couch to Instagram. In the video she wore cream joggers and a black t-shirt as she lifted up her top to reveal her midriff.
Her stomach was impressively tanned and toned, showing a full six pack. But it was no surprise to many of her fans as she often shares updates on her social media accounts from her home gym.

The mum-of-three captioned the post: "Reset. Restart. Refocus. As many times as you need to.
"Don’t be fooled, they never stay around for long! I usually wake up with abs, go to sleep with flab’s."
Some of her 691,000 followers rushed to compliment her in the comments. One user said: "Well done beautiful Mumma truly inspirational."
Another user said: "Looking fabulous but you do put the work in xx". Rebekah said: "You're such an inspiration to fellow autistic girls Thankyou."
