Christine McGuinness has said she 'needed some time out' after she returned to social media following a brief absence. The former model had been active on her Instagram page as she excitedly kickstarted a brand new year, however then suddenly stopped posting for a week.
But on Thursday evening (January 12), Christine returned to her Instagram Stories and gave her hundreds of thousands of followers an update on what she had been up to while she had been away. Sharing the first snap, which showed a dramatic, single portrait on a wall, she typed: "Needed some time out.. Let's catch up. Here's some bits from my week."
The mum-of-three went on to show off her new look after undergoing the 'chop'. Filming herself in front of the camera in an interactive exhibition in London, Christine could be seen donning a white cropped t-shirt and showed off her freshly cut blonde locks.
"Also... had a lil chop chop," she wrote alongside the video. "What are saying? I love it!" But Christine also appeared less happy as she filmed herself on the train. Resting her head on her water bottle, the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star wrote: "Don't pour from an empty glass.. really, it's not worth it. Refill when you need to."
Christine also shared how she had booked her first ever solo trip. "Because I keep my circle very small, that's how I like it, very few people in my life and no one could come so," she explained. "I'll take you all with me on here!" she added. But the blonde beauty may have also teased one of her next projects.
Posting a toupe-coloured screen with H-E-R branded across it, Christine tagged @weare___her and added a 'loading' gif and the eyes emoji. Clicking on the tagged profile, the description says it's a clothing brand and that it's 'coming soon'. The first post also featured a quote that said: "The strongest actions for a woman is to love herself, be herself and shine amongst those who never believed she could."
Christine also returned to her main Instagram page with a sizzling new video. The 34-year-old put on a glam display as she showed off her incredible figure in a white midi dress. She could also be seen sporting pair of strappy black heels while strutting her stuff in the hallway of her plush Cheshire home.
With the video appearing to have been filmed before her trip to the salon, Christine styled her long blonde locks straight and tucked behind her ears, flashing her sparkling drop earrings while also donning a glitzy headband. She posted the video to Flora Martinez's cover of Take My Breath Away and simply wrote in the caption: "Always," with a white heart.
And the compliments came flooding in. @krystel_malone_ said: "Dress is fab and so are you." @ems2dunstan wrote: "You are absolutely stunning." @cassie_barnhill wrote: "Looking as gorgeous as ever hunni Naturally beautiful." @ian_w_covkid posted: "Wow @mrscmcguinness, you look so stunning in this dress!
