Mexican artist Christian Nodal announced today that his concert, scheduled for Wednesday, October 2, in Mexico, has been suspended. He posted a photo from a hospital bed.In the image, Nodal looks connected to heart monitoring machines while his eyes are closed. His wife, Ángela Aguilar, gently places her hand on his forehead.
Sources from Nodal's team revealed to ENSTARZ ¡Latino! that they are "waiting for the results of some tests" to understand what might be happening with the 25-year-old artist.
He is currently in the midst of the second leg of his 'Para El Cora' tour. The hospitalization occurred just a day before his scheduled performance at a palenque in the city of Pachuca, located in the state of Hidalgo.
The official statement announcing the postponement of the concert to October 14 cited "health reasons" as the cause.
Known for his unique fusion of regional Mexican music with modern elements,Nodal has been touring extensively in recent months. His "Para El Cora"tour has taken him across Mexico and the United States, drawing thousands of fans eager to see the young star perform his hits live.
