A gay couple looking to get on the property ladder were banned from viewing a house by its owners, who said homosexuality is “contrary to the teachings of God".
Luke Whitehouse and Lachlan Mantell received a reply from the sellers, who are Christians, referencing Bible passages that are used to denounce same-sex relationships, the Mirror reports.
The couple, who have been in a relationship for eight years, had been looking forward to viewing the property on Saturday in Coulsdon, Surrey.
