Manchester United's Christian Eriksen has admitted he's worked hard this season under Erik ten Hag to get to the World Cup with Denmark.
Eriksen signed for United on a free transfer in the summer after a six-month loan spell with Brentford. The midfielder has become a key player for Ten Hag and he's started in 12 of the Reds' 14 Premier League matches, which highlights his importance.
The 30-year-old scored his first goal for the club in United's 2-1 victory over Fulham, which was the last Premier League match before the start of the World Cup, and he's now travelled to Qatar to represent Denmark at the tournament.

Eriksen opened up about his World Cup memories ahead of Denmark playing their opening group match and he reflected on his memories of playing international football, while he also admitted it has been hard work to get to Qatar.
The midfielder has been in excellent form under Ten Hag and he's set to start for Denmark against Tunisia on Tuesday.
"I have a lot of memories, it was a busy year [2010 South Africa] for me, that,” Eriksen told United's in-house media. “Getting my debut in January that year and then playing at the World Cup six months later for my country was very special.
“Obviously, I went as a very young kid, hadn’t played that many games – I felt I should have played more [laughs] – but I got more minutes and was on the big stage. But unfortunately, we went home early so this one wasn’t good for us as a country.
"But, for me, being there, getting my debut for the national team, a World Cup debut, it was something special. Qatar will also be very special. The World Cup is only once in a while, so you know how much you have to work to get there.
“Obviously, I was outside of football and the country did qualify without me which was very nice and now to be part of it and help the country at the World Cup is very special. We did well last time and now it’s up to us to see how far we go this time.”
